It all started with me winning a novel on Jordan Deen's blog site and winning her debut novel The Crescent. I wasn't expecting the book...just an itunes gift card. But let me tell you...the book is way better than the gift card.
My next signed book came from Charlaine Harris...it was a Christmas gift from my uncle...who so happens to be friends with her.
He told her I was a huge fan and sent me this pic of him and her and also sent me a signed copy of her Sookie short stories A Touch of Dead. (She made him wear the vampire teeth for the picture!) I hope to get to meet her one day soon. (btw...her Harper Connelly series is my favorite...even over the Sookie series!)
And I have a couple more added to the collection....
Things like this make me smile! My hubby has his signed sports collection...and I have my books! ;o)
Oh how awesome I love getting book goodies in the mail!
