Yesterday I decided to go in search of a Kindle...cause when I went online to Amazon they were temporarily out of stock! And I am one of these people that when I get it in to my head I.HAVE.TO.HAVE.IT!
Soooo, I saw last week that our Target was selling them. Or at least had a display of them...I didn't look at the time to see if they were sold out.
I get there, get assistance and I am told they are sold out...and pretty much everystore in the area is sold out.
So I am sitting there bummed! Hubby tells me of the nook *Barnes and Noble's e reader*
We head on over to Best Buy and check it out.
Let me state that I was a Kindle driven woman when we started out...and wasn't gonna have anything else. Well that all changed when I saw the nook!
I ended up getting it and now I am in love.
I went over to Barnes and Noble and even uploaded a free ebook! How cool is that?
So now I don't lose my spot when my dear little 3 year old removes my bookmark *yes its happened several times already this week*
Do you have an e reader? If so what kind??
I don't have one, but one of my friends has the Kindle and she loves it. I've been thinking about getting one lately, but I'm not sure I can part with my precious paperbacks. :)
ReplyDeleteoh I know I kinda started panicking thinking how I won't get to smell the pages of books any more. I love that smell. but then I thought how stupid that was...I can still buy books LOL!
