Here is a little round up of what we know about the upcoming Beautiful Creatures movie. First off, the very day it was optioned Richard LaGravanese (pictured right) was set to both direct and write the script. LaGravanese is best known for his work on the book-movie P.S. I Love You. He is currently a writer for the upcoming movie Water for Elephants starring Reese Witherspoon and Rob Pattinson. The same day, Erwin Stoff (pictured left) was hired as the producer. Stoff is most known for producing The Matrix, The Blind Side, I Am Legend, and most impressively in my eyes at least Bill and Ted’s Bogus Journey. So far it seems that Warner Bros. is picking out some rather great behind-the-camera workers.
This makes me really happy! I just hate thinking about how long this could go on before much more is done. Its like when your done reading a book and you have to endure that incredibly long wait for the next in the series. pfft!
