Today's Top 10 is with author Trisha Wolfe.
Her YA Steampunk/Paranormal Romance Destiny's Fire will be out in 2012.
That’s hard! I’m big into old school punk and girl bands. If I have to pick one, just one, I’m going with The Misfits. And there’s no way I can pick just one of their songs. They’re all classics and amazing. A close second would be Kittie. Those girls rock.
Fall. For one, my birthday is in October. And my favorite holiday is Halloween. But I also love it here in the south when it starts cooling off. It makes me want to whip out pen and paper and start writing.
Easy. Two years ago my whole family went to Florida to visit with my brother. I was sick, and we were at a different location every second of the day—going here, doing that. I just wanted to crawl in bed. We packed everything into two days. I never want to do that again.
I’m not very . . . what’s the word? ASHAMED, about being indulgent. So I don’t think I have a pleasure I feel guilty about lol. If anything, I eat way too much chocolate. But who could feel bad about that?
fav book and/or author?
No way lol. That’s way too hard. I have so many favorites, and honestly, I read so many books each month, it’s constantly changing. It also depends on what kind of mood I’m in, or what I’m really into at the moment. I’ve said in the past that if I had to only pick one book to take with me if I were stranded on a desert island, that it would have to be The Hunger Games. So I guess we’ll go with that.
one item you cannot live without?
Laptop. I would probably die of withdrawal.
Uh, writing? lol Seeing how I also do that as work, it’s closer to a hobby because it’s something I love. Oh yeah, and reading.
I’m not a big movie buff. And honestly, I really don’t know anyone’s names. But I like that girl from BEASTLY. I don’t know who she is, but I love her smile.
who would you like to meet? (dead or alive?)
Can it be a fictional character? Ha! I’ll count the ‘dead’ part as yes. *nods* Dimitri Belikov. Oh yeah, I would so like to meet him. He’s my ultimate fantasy guy.
Thanks, Mandy, for having me on your awesome blog!
I know how you feel about the laptop. Ever since we got ours I have to take it with us everywhere we go. And yes, Dimitri would be fun to spend the day with, very much so! ;)
