Smart Chicks Kick It in Memphis...

So  the Smart Chicks Kicked off their tour starting in Memphis this past Tuesday. And I was so happy I was able to attend this year.

Last year they came within driving distance (3hrs) but it was a school night for my kids and I just couldn't do it. *Thanks alot fruit of my loins* ;)

Anywhooo, it was a great time and the authors were amazing. I went with my niece, who is the one I am always sharing books with and talking about all the hot fictional guys with.

We had 6 amazingly awesome authors:
Kelley Armstrong, Kami Garcia, Simone Elkeles, Jennifer Lynn Barnes, Rachel Caine and
Melissa Marr.
I thought Rachel Caine was a hoot! And Jennifer Lynn Barnes was so sweet.

And Simone Elkeles was the one I was most looking forward to. (Unfortunately the Fuentes Brothers were not with her)

Of course my niece left my book Perfect Chemistry at her house so I couldn't get it signed. All her other books are on my nook *sad face*

Kami Garcia is just too sweet and too cute! Look at these ladies...what a great pic!!

Melissa Marr and Kelley Armstrong pretty much headed up the event and they were great and silly.

It was just so awesome seeing all these great ladies in person. Yeah I fangirled a bit!

I got lots of signed goodies and a signed copy of Entralled that was signed by all except Simone (she is not in the book) I will be giving these away during the October Spooktacular Giveaway Hop starting Oct 24th.

So if the Smart Chicks are coming to a town near you..GO!
