Open Minds Blog Tour

Welcome to my stop of the Open Minds Blog Tour!
I had the great pleasure of having Susan Kaye Quinn answer a few questions about herself.

1. guilty pleasure? Chocolate kisses
2. 1 book you could read over and over? The Hunger Games
3. fictional character you would love to spend the day with? Cassel (White Cat), as long as I could pretend I was seventeen again. And I could put a love curse on him.
4. one thing you cannot leave the house without? My mind, although sometimes it seems like I’ve left it behind.
5. fav song/singer? Today, “Born this Way” by Gaga. More typically, “Dirty Little Secret” by The All American Rejects
6. worst vacation? Camping in the rain with three children under five. Without a fly over the tent. #AlsoShortestVacation
7. fave movie/actor and or/actress? James McAvoy. I mean, have you seen his onscreen kiss?? Yowsa.
8. one place you would love to visit? Italy. The food, the wine, the art, the history. I would love to sit in a café and spend a day soaking in the aura and writing. I’d have to forgo the wine, though, or I’d fall into a stupor like Rip Van Winkle and never leave.
9. fav food? Tea? Wait, that’s not food. Chocolate? Er, that’s not really a food either. Honestly, I do eat real food. Fresh-baked sourdough bread? Yes, definitely food.
10. fav color? Green. Always has been, long before I became an environmental engineer.
