My take...
I loved Romero and Liliana and seeing them fight to be together, happy, in their terrible world. Their story tore at me. I, for once, wanted to see one of the Scuderi girls choose her husband. I know Gianna and Aria are happy with their lives, but it’d still be nice to see one of them choose happiness and love for themselves. And for a second we were led to believe that may be the case with Lily.
I started this one late last night then finished early afternoon. I am so highly addicted to this series, it’s crazy. I just fly through them. I love the layers upon layers that each book brings. You never know what will happen next. Reilly is super amazing at pulling you into this world, but once you are out in reality, it’s like you expect to still be a part of it. It’s that real. 5 Stars!
