Author: Ava Grace

Goodreads...

Travis Gill didn’t set out to be a country music star, but when he moves to Nashville to follow in his father’s footsteps, success quickly finds him.

Traveling the world performing in sold-out arenas is what most aspiring singers dream of, yet Travis still struggles to find meaning in his life.

When his adoring fans don’t ease the loneliness that caused him to up stakes and relocate in the first place, Travis decides to move home to Creede, Colorado.

Just as he’s settling back into his old lifestyle, beautiful waitress, Amber Quinn, knocks on his door, carrying a little bundle that will forever change his life.

Is Travis destined to repeat his father’s mistakes and lead a lonely, unhappy life or can he find the courage to go after the happy ending he’s always dreamed of.

My take...

I happened upon Ava Grace a couple months ago. For some stupid reason I took a break from her books. I decided it had been long enough and quickly read MOUNTAIN MAN IDOL. It was fantastic and reminded me how much I love her writing and her Mountain Men.

Travis’ story was fast paced and I gotta say I didn’t hate that about it. I loved seeing the feelings he held for Amber return. They shared something special in their past, and the romance they shared now was just as amazing. 5 Stars!
